Overview
Transforming your organization’s approach to a healthier population starts with a shift in mindset—from treating illness to proactively managing health across populations. As more organizations embrace the principles of population health, now is the time to build the skills and strategies that can drive measurable impact.
Each session will feature industry leaders who are working in population health and includes a short didactic presentation followed by interactive exercises, case studies, and applied tools you can use in your own work.
Who Should Attend?
The Population Health Boot Camp is designed for professionals who are involved in managing, designing, implementing or analyzing programs that aim to improve health outcomes of populations.
